7 Billion by 2011, Breeding License Needed

A report out of the Population and Reference bureau states that the world population will reach 7 billion by 2011. 1.2 Billion Of today’s Youth’s are in developing countries with rates upwards of 90%. India is to surpass china in the year 2050 with an estimated 1.7 billion people while china tips the scales at 1.4 billion. And what of America‘s population by 2050? We will land the bronze medal with a drastic drop-off of 439 million.

Now to put this in perspective, it took over 3000 years to reach the 5 billion mark. The 6 billion mark came 12 years later, and the 7 billion mark as reported, another expected 12 years. Can we please institute some type of license program for breeding? Why is it that people with less education, less natural talents, and less resources at their disposal, have this genetic drive to breed uncontrollably?

 

Now I’m not talking about restricting freedoms, but if I need a license to go fishing in a freestanding body of water, shouldn’t we be forced to pass some type of procreation test. We even have to pass a test to operate motor vehicles, which someone would have to try to fail, and even then im not sure they could. Those of you about to argue my point, think first…good you passed.
